Can lower eyelid ectropion after external approach眼袋 removal surgery for half a month recover?
Disease description:
I recently had transcutaneous lower eyelid surgery at the hospital. It's been half a month now, but my eyelid is still slightly everted. Can it recover?
Ectropion (outward turning of the lower eyelid) occurring half a month after external blepharoplasty, if mild, usually resolves completely without significant concern. In such cases, regular eyelid massage is recommended to promote scar softening and facilitate recovery. However, if the ectropion is severe, accompanied by obvious symptoms such as tearing and eye discomfort, the likelihood of spontaneous recovery may be low, and prompt medical evaluation at a hospital is advised.
