Multiple gallbladder polyps can be treated either conservatively or surgically. Conservative treatment may include taking anti-inflammatory and bile-promoting medications such as Xiaoyan Lidan tablets or Xiongdan capsules, as prescribed by a doctor. However, if the gallbladder polyps are numerous and large in size, surgical intervention is required. During treatment, patients with gallbladder polyps should primarily follow a low-fat diet.
