The management of bronchopneumonia involves improving ventilation, controlling systemic inflammation, providing symptomatic treatment, and preventing and treating complications. Nasal secretions should be promptly cleared according to the patient's condition to maintain airway patency. Medications such as amoxicillin, ceftriaxone, azithromycin, and roxithromycin may be used under medical guidance. During treatment, if the patient develops fever, antipyretic medications such as ibuprofen sustained-release capsules or acetaminophen tablets should also be administered.
