I didn't have any other symptoms before, but recently I suddenly experienced bone pain. After examination, it was diagnosed as pubic symphysis arthritis. How does one get pubic symphysis arthritis?

Pubic arthritis is usually caused by trauma, pregnancy in women, or other reasons. However, since the condition may occur at the pubic symphysis in patients, it is also called pubic chondritis or pubic arthritis. Most people can recover on their own, primarily through symptomatic treatment with anti-inflammatory and analgesic medications, and bed rest. A pelvic belt may be used to prevent misalignment.
