Clinical manifestations of patients with anemia
Disease description:
Nowadays, an increasing number of people suffer from anemia. I would like to know what clinical manifestations are present in patients with anemia?
Anemia refers to a pathological condition in which the hemoglobin content per unit volume of blood is below normal, often accompanied by a reduced number of red blood cells or decreased hematocrit. Regardless of the cause, when hemoglobin levels fall below 60 g/L, it is considered severe anemia. Because the underlying causes of anemia vary, clinical manifestations also differ. The main symptoms include pallor, palpitations, shortness of breath, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal bloating, abdominal pain, or constipation, dizziness, headache, tinnitus, memory loss, fatigue, and weakness. In severe cases, it may lead to heart enlargement and congestive heart failure.
