The common symptoms of leukemia mainly include fever, anemia, and bleeding. Fever is primarily caused by infection, while anemia and bleeding result from thrombocytopenia and impaired hematopoietic function. Leukemia is a malignant clonal disease of hematopoietic stem cells. Due to mechanisms such as uncontrolled proliferation, impaired differentiation, and blocked apoptosis, the clonal leukemia cells proliferate and accumulate in the bone marrow and other hematopoietic tissues, infiltrate non-hematopoietic tissues and organs, and simultaneously suppress normal hematopoiesis. Clinical manifestations include anemia, bleeding, fever, hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, and bone pain.
