What causes intermittent fever?
Disease description:
Since the beginning of this year, my body has been experiencing intermittent episodes of heat. I would like to inquire what could be causing these recurring hot sensations.
Some people believe that eating too much, exercising too intensely, high indoor temperature, or catching a cold may require repeated body temperature monitoring. If the body temperature is normal and there is no fever, drink more water as needed, lower the indoor temperature, avoid excessive anxiety, learn to relax, and symptoms will gradually resolve on their own. Medication is generally unnecessary unless a fever develops. However, if body temperature exceeds 38°C or remains around 38°C for a prolonged period, seek medical attention promptly to rule out any underlying organic diseases.
