The main difference between electric shock first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation generally lies in the different急救 methods used. Under normal circumstances, after an electric shock, patients usually have entry and exit wounds from the current. The affected areas should be identified and treated with cooling, disinfection, and surgical wound care. Additionally, because electric shock wounds are often narrow and prone to tetanus infection, 1500 units of tetanus antitoxin should be administered via desensitized intramuscular injection to prevent tetanus.
