Consuming ginkgo nuts (white fruit) poisoning can cause symptoms such as nausea and shortness of breath. The main symptoms affect the gastrointestinal tract, manifesting as nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, heartburn, bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. In severe cases, there may be colicky pain around the navel, and some individuals may experience typical diarrhea. Patients may also develop circulatory system symptoms, including chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, discomfort in the precordial area, and difficulty breathing.
