Common causes include frequent anger, irritability, smoking, drinking alcohol, staying up late, and consuming overly spicy, greasy, or irritating foods. For regulation, medications such as Long Dan Xie Gan Wan, Jia Mei Su Wan, Qing Yu Shan, Huang Qing Wei Wan, and Niuhuang Jiedu Pian may be used.
