What causes knee arthritis?
Disease description:
I am a 25-year-old male. In daily life, whenever it rains, my knee joints occasionally start to ache. I really want to know the reason behind this. What causes knee joint pain or arthritis?
Seen in trauma, especially following cartilage and bone injuries to the leg joints caused by trauma. In later stages, this can easily lead to traumatic arthritis, which in turn may result in excessive degeneration of the leg joints, ultimately causing osteoarthritis. As indicated by strain, repeated and prolonged mechanical friction on the leg joints is the main factor, making early joint degeneration likely in the long term, leading to degenerative osteoarthritis. Degenerative changes are commonly seen in middle-aged and elderly individuals, primarily due to aging-related degeneration of bones and joints, which can also result in degenerative osteoarthritis. It is also observed in infections, particularly after infections in bones and joints, which may cause suppurative arthritis.
