A 7-month-old constipated baby can eat dragon fruit. Dragon fruit is a cooling fruit rich in vitamins and has the effect of moistening the intestines and relieving constipation. Babies with constipation may consume dragon fruit, but it is not recommended in large amounts. Infant constipation is usually caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction. Dietary adjustments can help—include more fruits and vegetables, increase water intake, consume more high-fiber foods and whole grains, and avoid spicy foods. If necessary, bifidobacteria supplements should also be used to regulate intestinal flora and improve constipation.
