Additionally, symptoms of rhinitis may include runny nose, nasal obstruction, reduced sense of smell, headache, and discomfort at the root of the nose. In severe cases, the condition may spread to the mucosa of the lower or upper respiratory tract, potentially causing bronchitis, otitis media, pharyngitis, and other diseases.
