Patients with Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis may develop symmetrical hemorrhagic purpura on the limbs, buttocks, lower abdomen, and other areas, as well as migratory joint pain. Additionally, some patients may experience abdominal pain, black stools, nausea, or vomiting. In severe cases, symptoms such as foamy urine and bilateral lower limb edema may also occur.
