诺如病毒主要通过以下几种方式传播：
1、与感染者密切接触：直接或间接接触了诺如病毒感染者的粪便、呕吐物或飞沫及被它们污染的环境。
2、经水传播：饮用水被污染后，接触水源的人也会容易被传染。
3、污染物传播：受污染物污染的食物，在制作或运送途中，被Health的人进食后，也会容易导致被感染上诺如病毒。
