Whether dry cough can be treated with Lianhua Qingwen Capsules depends on individual circumstances. If the dry cough is caused by conditions such as chronic bronchitis or chronic pharyngitis, taking Lianhua Qingwen Capsules may have certain therapeutic effects. However, if the dry cough is due to lobar pneumonia, Lianhua Qingwen Capsules are generally ineffective and therefore should not be taken.
