Why does my whole body ache, and my bones and joints hurt when I sleep?
Disease description:
I've been having particularly poor sleep quality recently. Every time I go to bed, I feel soreness all over my body and pain in my bones and joints. What could be causing this?
Whole-body aches and joint pain during sleep may be caused by poor local blood circulation due to lack of regular exercise, sudden intense physical activity, or prolonged sitting, leading to lactic acid buildup. This symptom can also occur when the body is exposed to cold and wind during sleep, resulting in symptoms such as cold and fever. Additionally, this phenomenon may arise when the immune system mistakenly attacks normal joint tissues, triggering rheumatoid arthritis and causing a series of inflammatory responses in the joints.
