宫颈癌疫苗分类有何区别
我想接种宫颈癌疫苗,到医院咨询后才知道宫颈癌疫苗有好多类,这些种类的区别有What?
Cervical cancer vaccines are mainly divided into bivalent, quadrivalent, and nonavalent types.
The bivalent vaccine specifically targets the high-risk HPV types 16 and 18, which are the primary causes of cervical cancer—about 70% of cervical cancer cases are associated with these two types. Receiving the bivalent vaccine provides highly effective protection against cervical cancer. The quadrivalent vaccine includes, in addition to HPV 16 and 18, the low-risk types HPV 6 and 11, thus offering protection not only against cervical cancer but also against genital warts caused by these low-risk viruses. The nonavalent vaccine offers the broadest protection: in addition to the HPV types covered by the bivalent and quadrivalent vaccines, it includes five additional high-risk HPV types, providing approximately 90% prevention efficacy against cervical cancer.
