宫颈癌筛查不过关需要在专业Doctor的操作下进行阴道镜Examination，或者在宫颈癌病变位置比较明显的区域进行活组织Examination进行判断。如果存在低级别鳞状上皮内病变，Recommendation遵医嘱定期观察。如果是高级别鳞状上皮内病变，则需要在Doctor指导下通过宫颈锥切SurgeryTreatment。
