If the left renal cyst is small and does not cause any discomfort or symptoms, special treatment is generally not required; regular follow-up examinations should be conducted as directed by a physician. If the cyst enlarges to a diameter exceeding 4 centimeters and causes compression on surrounding tissues, cyst fluid aspiration may be performed under medical guidance, and sclerosing agents can be injected into the cyst for treatment. If the cyst diameter exceeds 10 centimeters, surgical removal of the renal cyst may be considered based on the doctor's recommendation.
