I had hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty, but afterward I noticed it was a bit too high and needed adjustment. How can I adjust it if the hyaluronic acid nose job is too high?

A slightly elevated nose after hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty generally does not require adjustment and will usually be gradually absorbed by the body. An overly high nose following hyaluronic acid injection is mostly caused by excessive dosage during the filling process, which may result in a higher nasal bridge and an unnatural appearance. If the elevation is only mild, special treatment is typically unnecessary; the nose will gradually return to a natural look as the hyaluronic acid is absorbed. For more severe cases of over-elevation, improvement can be achieved by injecting hyaluronidase. It is also important to maintain local hygiene and avoid consuming spicy or irritating foods to prevent wound infection.
