The main reasons for nasal tip enlargement after hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty include: excessive injection of hyaluronic acid, causing it to migrate along both sides of the nasal bridge and resulting in a wider, larger nose; inadequate shaping technique by unqualified or non-specialist practitioners, and failure to properly mold the nose immediately after injection, leading to poor nasal contour; and over time, as hyaluronic acid is gradually absorbed and softened within the body, it may diffuse and also contribute to nasal widening and enlargement.
