When skin inflammation occurs, the following measures are recommended: 1. Apply a cold compress using an ice pack or cold towel for about 15 minutes at a time, repeating several times daily to help relieve pain and swelling caused by inflammation. 2. Under the guidance of a doctor or pharmacist, use anti-inflammatory medications such as erythromycin ointment or mupirocin ointment, or oral antibiotics such as cefixime dispersible tablets or roxithromycin capsules. 3. Use gentle moisturizing products, such as lotions or creams containing ingredients like glycerin or hyaluronic acid, to help alleviate dryness and discomfort caused by inflammation. 4. Reduce intake of irritating foods and avoid using alkaline soaps and low-quality cosmetics to prevent worsening of skin inflammation. If skin inflammation is severe, persists for a prolonged period, or is accompanied by other symptoms, prompt medical attention is advised.
