Symptoms of intracerebral hemorrhage mainly include: 1. Headache: Sudden and severe headache is a typical symptom of intracerebral hemorrhage, occurring in approximately 80%–90% of patients. This type of headache usually begins on the affected side and may subsequently spread to involve the entire head. 2. Impaired consciousness: About 60%–80% of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage experience altered consciousness. In mild cases, this may manifest as drowsiness or confusion; in severe cases, patients may rapidly fall into a coma. 3. Vomiting: Vomiting is also a common symptom of intracerebral hemorrhage, and projectile vomiting may occur particularly in subarachnoid hemorrhage. 4. Hemiplegia: Intracerebral hemorrhage can lead to motor deficits affecting the upper and lower limbs, as well as the tongue and facial muscles on one side of the body, resulting in hemiplegia. 5. Other symptoms: These may include dizziness, numbness of the face or limbs, visual disturbances, slurred speech, and others.
