What causes pain in the lower right abdomen?
Disease description:
I've never had this situation before, but for the past two days I've constantly felt pain in the lower right abdomen. What could be causing pain in the lower right abdomen?

Right lower abdominal pain may be caused by various factors:
1. Appendicitis: Caused by obstruction of the appendix lumen and bacterial infection, typical symptoms include right lower abdominal pain accompanied by gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as nausea and vomiting.
2. Enteritis: May result from infections or abnormal immune responses, presenting with symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fever.
3. Salpingitis: Infection with pathogens or unhygienic sexual activity may lead to salpingitis, causing symptoms including right lower abdominal pain and increased vaginal discharge.
Other conditions that may also cause right lower abdominal pain include intestinal tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, appendiceal adenocarcinoma, right adnexal inflammation, ovarian and fallopian tube disorders, and lower segment stones in the right ureter. If such symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek timely medical attention for appropriate examinations to determine the underlying cause and receive proper treatment.
