Is there a relationship between Qi and blood deficiency and cervical spondylosis?
Disease description:
Recently, I have been feeling a deficiency in my qi and blood, and I also suffer from cervical spondylosis. I would like to ask whether there is a relationship between qi and blood deficiency and cervical spondylosis.
The relationship between deficiency of qi and blood and cervical spondylosis mainly includes the following:
1. Direct association: From a medical perspective, there is no direct or inevitable link between deficiency of qi and blood (qi deficiency and blood deficiency) and cervical spondylosis. Deficiency of qi and blood primarily manifests as symptoms such as fatigue and dizziness, whereas cervical spondylosis is mainly caused by long-term cervical strain, bone spurs, or intervertebral disc protrusion.
2. Indirect association: In certain specific conditions—such as when a patient suffers from long-term severe anemia or massive bleeding—the total blood volume in the body may decrease, which could indirectly affect cervical health and potentially trigger cervical spondylosis or related issues.
Although deficiency of qi and blood and cervical spondylosis are not directly linked in terms of pathology, they may have an indirect connection under specific physiological or pathological conditions. For patients with cervical spondylosis, in addition to targeted cervical treatment, attention should also be paid to improving overall health.
