Can you use a sauna if you have heatstroke?
Disease description:
I suffered from heatstroke yesterday, and I still feel a bit unwell today, but I think it's not a big issue. I would like to ask, is it okay to take a steam bath after experiencing heatstroke?

Heatstroke patients should not undergo sauna therapy. The essence of heatstroke is a dysfunction of the body's temperature regulation center, leading to excessive heat accumulation within the body, at which point the body is already in a state of high temperature. Sauna therapy is a practice conducted in a high-temperature environment, which further increases the body's thermal load, aggravating symptoms of heatstroke and potentially causing severe complications such as heat exhaustion, shock, etc. Therefore, after experiencing heatstroke, one should immediately move to a cool, well-ventilated area, lower body temperature, and replenish fluids and electrolytes, avoiding any activities that could increase the body's thermal burden, including sauna therapy. Only after the symptoms of heatstroke have completely subsided and the body has fully recovered should one consider engaging in activities such as sauna therapy.
