Mild Renal Insufficiency Criteria
Disease description:
Recently, I went to the hospital for a checkup, and the doctor told me that I have mild renal insufficiency. I would like to ask, what is the criteria for mild renal insufficiency?

The criteria for mild renal insufficiency mainly include:
1. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR): Generally considered to be between 60-89 ml/min, with specific values possibly affected by factors such as age and gender.
2. Urine and blood tests: Protein content in the urine may increase, and serum albumin levels may be greater than 32 g/L. Urine output generally remains above 15 ml/min.
3. Clinical symptoms: In early stages, there may be no obvious symptoms. As the condition progresses, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, apathy, drowsiness, hypertension, and visual disturbances may appear.
4. Comprehensive evaluation: In addition to the above indicators, a comprehensive assessment should also include routine blood tests, urinalysis, blood biochemistry, electrolyte testing, and imaging studies.
