Does Aztreonam require a skin test?

To prevent allergies, I know that a skin test is required before administering penicillin and cephalosporin drugs. I'd just like to know, since aztreonam does not belong to either of these two drug classes, is a skin test still necessary?

Altromycin usually does not require a skin test. Altromycin is a monobactam antibiotic with weak immunogenicity, and allergic reactions are rarely observed after administration.
