Orchitis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the testicles, with main symptoms including:

1. Testicular pain: Usually begins with sudden, severe pain in one testicle, which may gradually spread to the other side. The pain may radiate to the lower abdomen or the groin area.

2. Testicular swelling: The affected testicle may become swollen, firm, and more sensitive or tender than normal.

3. Fever and chills: The body may develop fever and chills, which are typical responses to infection.

4. Discomfort in the groin area: The inguinal lymph nodes may become swollen and painful.

5. Urinary tract symptoms: Such as frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, and sometimes difficulty urinating, which may be caused by urethral infection or epididymitis.

6. Sexual dysfunction: In some cases, difficulty achieving erection or reduced libido may occur.

If these symptoms appear, especially if the pain is severe or accompanied by fever, immediate medical attention is necessary.
