What are the symptoms of knee synovitis?
Disease description:
I've been having some pain when extending my legs these days, and I suspect I might have synovitis. I would like to know, what are the symptoms of knee joint synovitis?

The main symptoms of knee synovitis include the following:
1. **Knee joint swelling**: Due to the irritation caused by synovial inflammation, increased fluid accumulation within the joint cavity leads to noticeable swelling of the knee.
2. **Pain**: Fluid accumulation within the joint cavity can compress surrounding tissues, causing pain in the patient. This pain is typically described as distending or dull, and becomes more evident during movement or when the joint is exposed to cold.
3. **Restricted movement**: Inflammation causes congestion, edema, and exudation in the synovial area, limiting the range of motion of the knee joint and affecting normal activities such as walking, squatting, and climbing stairs.
4. **Increased local skin temperature**: Under the stimulation of inflammation, the skin temperature around the knee joint may rise, although general systemic fever is usually absent.
If symptoms suggestive of knee synovitis appear, prompt medical consultation is recommended.
