The main signs of inguinal lymphoma include the following aspects:

3. Limb edema: When cancer spreads to the lymphatic system and compresses local veins or lymphatic vessels, it can obstruct lymphatic return, leading to lower limb edema.
4. Systemic symptoms: Inguinal lymphoma may also cause systemic symptoms such as persistent low-grade fever, night sweats, weight loss, and ascites. In addition, skin lesions such as itching and erythema may also occur.
