How to treat a blister that has burst after a blister beetle sting?
Disease description:
I am 25 years old and I often go out to play. After returning home, I noticed many pimples on my body that were red, swollen, and itchy. The doctor said they were caused by a hidden insect bite. What should I do if blisters formed after the bite of a hidden insect (paederus) break open?

Blisters caused by rove beetle bites should be managed as follows once ruptured:
1. Local disinfection: Thoroughly clean the affected area with antiseptics such as iodophor, hydrogen peroxide, or alcohol to reduce bacterial load and lower the risk of infection.
2. Skin protection: Gently cover the affected area with clothing or other coverings to avoid further friction and contamination, thus promoting healing.
3. Medication: If accompanied by symptoms such as itching or pain, topical medications such as triamcinolone acetonide cream or compound dexamethasone cream may be applied under a doctor's guidance to relieve symptoms. If signs of local infection appear, topical antibiotic ointments such as mupirocin or fusidic acid cream should be used. When necessary, oral antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules or cefradine capsules may be taken for anti-infective treatment.
4. Wound care: Keep the wound dry and clean, change dressings regularly, and avoid contact with water to prevent infection.
5. Close monitoring: Closely observe the wound condition. If symptoms continue to worsen or new signs of infection appear, seek medical attention promptly.
