Mosquito bites do not transmit AIDS. The main transmission routes of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) include bloodborne transmission, sexual contact transmission, and mother-to-child transmission. Mosquito bites are not among these transmission routes. Even if a mosquito bites an individual with AIDS and ingests their blood, the HIV virus cannot survive in the mosquito's stomach and will quickly be destroyed by gastric juices. Additionally, when a mosquito feeds on blood, it does not inject the blood from the previous individual into the wound of a new host. Therefore, there is no risk of contracting HIV from a mosquito bite, and no need for excessive concern.
