2. **Increased vaginal discharge**: The discharge typically appears as white, clumpy, curd-like substance or resembling tofu residue, and may sometimes be accompanied by an odor.
3. **Vulvar burning pain**: Fungal irritation of the vaginal mucosa can lead to mucosal damage and pain, which may worsen during sexual intercourse or urination.
