How to eliminate stretch marks caused by obesity
Disease description:
I have a very overweight body, actually too overweight, and I have stretch marks from obesity. I really want to know, how can I eliminate these obesity-related stretch marks?

Stretch marks, also known as striae, commonly appear after the skin has undergone rapid stretching, such as during periods of rapid weight gain or pregnancy. They occur due to the rupture of collagen and elastic fibers in the skin. Below are some methods to reduce and prevent stretch marks:
1. Moisturize: Use moisturizing creams or oils containing vitamin E, dietary fatty acids, or hyaluronic acid. Apply at least twice daily to affected areas to help maintain skin elasticity.
2. Massage: Gently massaging the areas with stretch marks can promote blood circulation and help fade the marks. Use circular and upward-stretching motions to stimulate skin regeneration.
4. Laser therapy: Laser treatments can stimulate skin regeneration and promote collagen production, showing significant effects in fading stretch marks. However, these treatments should be performed under the guidance of a professional physician.
5. Maintain a balanced diet: Reduce intake of high-calorie, high-fat foods such as hamburgers and French fries, and moderately consume low-calorie, low-fat foods such as peaches and oranges to help control weight and reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
6. Increase protein intake: Consume more protein-rich foods such as pig trotters, chicken feet, fish, sea cucumbers, bird's nest, soy products, and eggs. These foods help improve skin elasticity and promote skin repair.
7. Aerobic exercise: It is recommended to engage in aerobic exercise 3–4 times per week, such as swimming, jogging, rope skipping, walking, yoga, or tai chi. Exercise promotes fat metabolism, converting fat into muscle, thereby helping to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
