Why Do Heat Rashes Develop?
Disease description:
I don't know the reason, but I frequently develop heat rashes on my body, which is particularly uncomfortable. Why do heat rashes occur?
The formation of heat rash is mainly attributed to high temperature, humid environments, and individual perspiration function. Specific causes include:
1. Environmental factors: Prolonged exposure to high temperature, stuffy or humid environments causes the body to sweat excessively to dissipate heat. When excessive sweat is secreted and not easily evaporated, it soaks the skin, leading to blocked sweat ducts and subsequently causing heat rash.
2. Individual perspiration function: Abnormal development or narrowing of sweat ducts is another important factor in the formation of heat rash. When sweat cannot be promptly excreted through the sweat ducts, it accumulates within the ducts and eventually leaks into the surrounding tissues, triggering an inflammatory response.
3. Other factors: Vigorous exercise, wearing non-breathable clothing, and underdeveloped sweat ducts in newborns can also hinder sweat excretion, thus inducing heat rash.
