What are the common factors of perianal eczema?
Disease description:
It is common to feel itching around the anal area. After visiting the hospital and undergoing examination, I was diagnosed with perianal eczema. What are the common causes of perianal eczema?

Perianal eczema is a common non-contagious skin condition with complex and variable causes, mainly including the following aspects:
1. Allergic reaction: This is the primary cause, involving both internal and external factors. Focal infections, allergenic foods (such as fish and shrimp), medications (such as certain antibiotics), or contact with allergens (such as pollen and chemicals) can trigger perianal eczema.
2. Disease-related factors: During conditions such as endocrine disorders, malnutrition, digestive dysfunction, and intestinal parasitic diseases, patients may become more sensitive to certain allergens, making them prone to develop perianal eczema.
3. Local lesions: Chronic inflammatory stimulation caused by conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal fissure, and fecal incontinence are common triggers for perianal eczema.
4. Irritating factors: Direct contact of the anal area with irritants such as iodine tincture, alcohol, strong acids, or strong alkalis may induce eczema.
5. Neurological dysfunction and endocrine disorders: Excessive fatigue, mental stress, depression, and insomnia may also trigger perianal eczema.
