What are the symptoms of baby eczema?

Baby eczema is a common skin condition, primarily characterized by various abnormal symptoms on the skin surface. Its typical manifestations include: 1. **Erythema and Papules**: The baby's skin develops red patches, often accompanied by grain-sized papules. These symptoms are especially prominent on the head, cheeks, and outer ear areas, and may spread throughout the body in severe cases. 2. **Vesicles and Exudation**: As the condition progresses, vesicles may appear on the red patches, accompanied by exudation. Once the exudate dries, it forms a crust. 3. **Skin Changes**: The skin at the affected area may become rough and red, with clear fluid exuding, especially in cases of exudative eczema.
