In general, eczema can indeed discharge yellow fluid.

Eczema can be divided into acute, subacute, and chronic stages. During the acute phase, the skin develops symptoms such as erythema, papules, and vesicles, accompanied by intense itching. When patients scratch the affected areas due to itching, it may damage the skin barrier, causing the vesicles to rupture. If a bacterial infection is present at this stage, bacterial metabolic byproducts may form pus, resulting in the discharge of yellow fluid from the eczema lesion.

When eczema patients experience the symptom of yellow discharge, the exudate not only contains tissue fluid and inflammatory cells but may also include purulent components, indicating a secondary infection. Patients should seek timely medical attention for necessary evaluation and treatment. The physician will develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the patient's specific condition to control the disease, relieve symptoms, and prevent recurrence. Additionally, patients should maintain skin cleanliness, avoid scratching and friction, and other irritants to promote recovery.

In daily skin care, it is important to keep the skin clean and dry, use mild and non-irritating skincare products, and avoid known allergens and irritants to prevent exacerbation of eczema symptoms.
