Early symptoms of pancreatic cancer
Disease description:
I don't know why I've developed symptoms of jaundice. I'm worried that I might have pancreatic cancer. I would like to know, what are the early symptoms of pancreatic cancer?

Pancreatic cancer often does not present with specific symptoms in its early stages. However, as the disease progresses, the following signs may appear:
1. Upper abdominal discomfort: Early-stage pancreatic cancer patients may experience discomfort in the upper abdomen, characterized by a feeling of fullness, vague pain, or dull pain.
2. Indigestion: In early-stage pancreatic cancer, the tumor may block the lower end of the common bile duct and the pancreatic duct, preventing bile and pancreatic juice from entering the duodenum, leading to symptoms such as loss of appetite.
3. Weight loss: Unlike other malignant tumors, pancreatic cancer often causes weight loss even in the early stages.
4. Blood sugar fluctuations: Some patients with early-stage pancreatic cancer may also experience abnormal blood sugar levels.
5. Fever: Due to biliary obstruction in early-stage pancreatic cancer patients, secondary infection may occur, leading to fever.
