What to Eat for Qi and Blood Deficiency调理
I have a slight deficiency in both qi and blood in my body. I would like to ask the doctor, what should I eat to regulate and improve this condition?
Blood and Qi deficiency refers to a condition of insufficient blood and Qi in the body, commonly manifested as pallor, fatigue, palpitations, and other symptoms. The following are methods for regulation and nourishment:
1. Nutritional adjustment through diet: consume more blood-nourishing foods such as red dates, wolfberries, and longan, as well as Qi-tonifying herbs like Angelica sinensis (Dang Gui) and Astragalus (Huang Qi). These can be prepared in soups or congees to help replenish blood and Qi.
2. Engage in moderate exercise to promote blood circulation, strengthen the body, and improve constitution, such as walking or practicing Tai Chi. However, avoid excessive exertion.
3. Ensure adequate sleep, as good sleep quality contributes to the recovery of blood and Qi and the body's overall repair.
If symptoms of blood and Qi deficiency are severe or do not improve, it is advisable to seek timely medical attention.
