What are the symptoms of flat warts?
Disease description:
I am 28 years old. Recently, my skin has frequently developed raised small papules, accompanied by itching. I suspect it might be flat warts. What are the symptoms of flat warts?

The main symptoms of flat warts manifest as flat papules on the skin. These papules are usually round or oval in shape, with a smooth surface, firm texture, and colors ranging from normal skin tone to light brown. The size of the papules can vary from that of a pinhead to a soybean, and the number can vary as well, possibly being scattered or clustered closely together. Flat warts commonly occur on exposed areas such as the face, back of the hands, and forearms, particularly on the face and forehead, which can affect the patient's appearance. Additionally, some patients may experience mild itching, although most are asymptomatic. The progression of flat warts is slow and can last for several years, but they may also spontaneously regress, leaving no scars. If the aforementioned symptoms appear, prompt medical attention should be sought for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
