Treatment for Rubella:

1. General Treatment: Patients with rubella should rest in bed and avoid excessive fatigue. The diet should include light, easily digestible, and nutrient-rich foods, such as liquid or semi-liquid meals, and sufficient water intake should be maintained. Additionally, keep the eyes, nasal passages, and mouth clean and dry, and ensure good indoor air circulation.

2. Symptomatic Treatment: For symptoms caused by rubella, such as high fever, headache, and cough, appropriate medications may be administered, such as antipyretic analgesics and cough suppressants. For itching, topical medications such as calamine lotion may be used to relieve symptoms.

3. Fluid and Nutritional Support: Ensure adequate water intake to replace fluids potentially lost due to fever. The diet should consist of easily digestible, nutrient-rich foods to enhance the body's resistance.

4. Monitoring and Management of Complications: Closely observe changes in the condition. If signs of severe complications such as pneumonia or encephalitis occur, prompt medical attention is required.
