What to do about poor blood circulation
Recently, I have often experienced cold hands and feet, and poor blood circulation. What should I do about poor blood circulation?

Poor blood circulation can be caused by various factors, including lack of physical activity, obesity, smoking, hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Methods to improve blood circulation include:
1. Healthy diet: Eat more foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, while reducing intake of saturated fats and sugars.
2. Increase physical activity: Engage in aerobic exercises such as yoga, jogging, or brisk walking, which help enhance cardiopulmonary function and promote blood circulation.
3. Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption: Unhealthy habits such as smoking and excessive alcohol intake can negatively affect blood circulation and should be avoided.
4. Maintain good sleep: Adequate sleep helps the body recover and improves blood circulation.
5. Regular check-ups: Control blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol levels, and take medication under a doctor's guidance when necessary.
6. Medication: Under a doctor's guidance, antiplatelet medications such as enteric-coated aspirin tablets or clopidogrel bisulfate tablets may be taken to prevent thrombosis and reduce blood viscosity.
