Insufficient blood supply to the heart, commonly referring to myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery disease, has the following main symptoms:

1. Chest pain: This is the most common symptom, typically presenting as a feeling of pressure or tightness located behind the breastbone or on the left side, possibly radiating to the shoulders, wrists, neck, or jaw. Chest pain may occur after strenuous activity or emotional excitement, or even at rest.

2. Shortness of breath: Feeling breathless with mild physical activity or at rest, particularly noticeable when lying down.

3. Palpitations: During myocardial ischemia, the heart may beat faster in an attempt to compensate for the reduced blood supply, causing a sensation of palpitations.

4. Fatigue: Particularly in female patients, extreme fatigue may be experienced, even during routine daily activities.

5. Cold sweat and nausea: During angina attacks, patients may experience cold sweats accompanied by nausea.

6. Fainting or dizziness: Due to reduced cardiac pumping function and insufficient blood supply to the brain, fainting or dizziness may occur.

When experiencing the above symptoms, prompt medical attention is necessary.
