What are the symptoms of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia?
I often feel chest tightness and pain, shortness of breath, and sometimes a burning sensation in my chest. I would like to ask, what are the symptoms of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia?

Myocardial ischemia and hypoxia usually refer to an insufficient blood supply to the heart, leading to the heart muscle cells not receiving enough oxygen and nutrients. Common symptoms of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia:
1. Lack of energy: Patients may feel fatigued and listless, unable to tolerate the amount of activity that an average person could handle. Frequent occurrence of this condition is a clear manifestation of myocardial hypoxia and ischemia.
2. Chest tightness and shortness of breath: During physical exertion, after a heavy meal, exposure to cold, or alcohol consumption, patients may experience chest tightness and difficulty breathing, which indicates a more severe degree of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia.
3. Fatigue: Particularly in women, unusual fatigue may occur, with tiredness even after performing mild physical activities.
4. Angina pectoris: Angina is one of the typical symptoms of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia. It is usually located behind the breastbone and can radiate to the precordial area or the left shoulder and left upper arm. Angina often presents as a feeling of pressure, stuffiness, or constriction, typically lasting from 3 to 5 minutes and rarely exceeding half an hour.
If any of the above symptoms occur, prompt medical attention is recommended.
