What are the nursing care measures for vitiligo?
Recently, I have noticed some skin conditions and would like to know about the care for vitiligo.

Nursing Recommendations for Vitiligo:
1. Skin Cleansing: Choose mild, non-irritating skincare products. Avoid cosmetics containing strong acids, alkalis, or heavy metal ingredients.
2. Sun Protection: Avoid direct sun exposure, as ultraviolet rays may exacerbate the spread of white patches. Use sunscreen with a high SPF value and wear protective clothing.
3. Emotional Management: Patients should maintain a positive and optimistic mindset, avoiding anxiety and stress, which can help stabilize the immune system and alleviate the condition.
4. Dietary Adjustment: Maintain a balanced diet, consuming more foods rich in minerals and vitamins, such as legumes, black sesame seeds, and animal liver. Avoid excessive intake of foods high in vitamin C and spicy or irritating foods.
5. Physical Activity: Appropriate exercise, such as jogging or swimming, can help strengthen the immune system and promote recovery from the disease.
Regular follow-up visits and adherence to standard medical treatments, such as phototherapy and medication, are recommended according to physician's instructions.
