How to treat facial redness and broken capillaries
Recently, I don't know why, many broken capillaries have appeared on my face. I would like to know how to treat facial broken capillaries.
Treatment for facial redness and visible blood vessels:
1. General treatment: Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight, extreme cold, or heat. Choose mild skincare products to prevent skin damage and irritation.
2. Lifestyle management: Avoid triggers and maintain a healthy diet. Refrain from consuming spicy or irritating foods and allergenic ingredients. Quit smoking and alcohol consumption, adjust daily routines, ensure adequate sleep, and maintain emotional stability.
3. Medication: Topical anti-inflammatory drugs, oral antibiotics, or vitamin C may be used to reduce inflammation and promote the repair of blood vessel walls.
4. Physical therapy: For patients with severe symptoms, photorejuvenation treatment at a reputable hospital may be considered. Using light therapy with specific wavelengths can help constrict abnormally dilated capillaries. Typically, 2–3 treatment sessions are required to achieve desired results.
5. Daily skincare: Choose gentle, non-irritating skincare products to strengthen the skin barrier function. Maintain healthy lifestyle habits and avoid excessive fatigue and mental stress.
