How to cure psoriasis permanently
Recently, I went to the hospital due to skin problems and was diagnosed with psoriasis. I would like to know how psoriasis can be completely cured?

Psoriasis, medically known as psoriasis vulgaris, is a chronic, recurrent autoimmune disease for which there is currently no cure.
1. Lifestyle modifications: Keep the skin clean and moisturized, and avoid excessive scratching. Engage in appropriate exercise to enhance immunity. Maintain a balanced diet and avoid spicy or irritating foods. Establish a regular sleep pattern, reduce late nights and mental stress.
2. Phototherapy: Exposure to ultraviolet B (UVB) light or narrowband UVB therapy can be effective for patients with moderate to severe psoriasis. This should be performed under professional guidance to avoid skin damage caused by excessive exposure.
3. Psychological support: Psoriasis patients often experience psychological distress. Counseling and support groups can help improve emotional well-being and enhance coping abilities.
4. Systemic treatment: For severe or widespread psoriasis, oral or injectable medications may be required, including methotrexate, cyclosporine, and biologic agents.
5. Topical medications: For mild to moderate cases, topical treatments such as corticosteroids, retinoids, and calcineurin inhibitors are typically the first choice and can effectively reduce inflammation and scaling.
Medication should be taken under the guidance of a qualified physician. If discomfort occurs, prompt medical attention is recommended.
